Isla Canela is a small island located south of the town of Ayamonte, in Andalusia, in the province of Huelva. Mijas is located only 30 km from Málaga city and is one of the most visited of Andalucia’s white villages. Also in Cadiz, you can be reached by highway from Seville. For an alternative way, you can take the national road Carretera Nacional IV.
By train, Huelva is connected to all Spanish province-capitals by train, to Madrid also by the high-speed train AVE. However, to get to the nearby beaches you will have to take a bus from Huelva. Also Cadiz is connected by train to all Spanish province-capitals, from Cadiz there are connections to Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María, San Fernando, and Algeciras.
And by bus from Huelva, there are bus connections to Ayamonte, Isla Cristina, Lepe, Rompido, Punta Umbría y Matalascañas. From Seville there is a direct connection to Matalascañas. From Cadiz you can get by bus to Rota, El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez de la Frontera, Chiclana, Conil de La Frontera, Zahara de Los Atunes y Tarifa.
